Shipping and Returns
We aim to ship all orders within 2 days of receipt of funds. We will email shipping confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are:
UK 7 days
Europe 14 days
Japan and rest of world 14 days
For UK Deliveries we use Post Office UK Special Delivery service. Minimum cost is £6 but maybe more dependent on weight and size of goods.
For Europe and the Rest of the World the minimum cost is £11 but maybe more dependent on weight and size of goods.

Any customs import, export, brokerage fees or local taxes that are obtained by an International shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country.
All orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday. All UK orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be shipped same day, but won’t be delivered till Monday. We can arrange a Saturday delivery with the Post Office at an extra charge. Please contact us for information.

If an item is unsuitable or faulty please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before making a return.
When we have been notified of your return, and it has been authorised you will receive a returns form. Please print and include that with your return and send the items in their original condition and to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Returns, which do not have a form, will take longer to process.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original tags still attached.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps above before returning goods to the store. When we have accepted your returns request and your item has been returned in the required condition and a returns form to the shop we will process your refund via the method you paid. e.g. by PayPal or via Credit Card/Debit Card (this does not include original delivery costs).
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. Uptown Yardie Ltd is not responsible for returned orders, which are either lost or damaged; this is the sole responsibility of the sender.
Important information for International customers.
Please mark returned packages "Returned Items". Uptown Yardie Ltd will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Your Return will also take longer to process.
Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded. All exchanges are based on stock availability.
